Monique BACHNER

Monique Bachner founded her legal advisory practice in Luxembourg in 2008. Monique focuses on regulatory and corporate governance advisory and consulting services, including assisting Boards to understand and adapt their strategy to deal with innovation, transformation and security strategies in the digital age.

Monique is on the Board and Management Committee of the Institut Luxembourgoise des Administrateurs (“ILA”). She is also INSEAD IDP-C and an ILA Certified Director.

In addition to ILA, Monique currently sits on several company boards
