Cécile GELLENONCOURT

Cécile is the head of the department in charge of ICT risks supervision and regulated ICT service providers (“support PFS”) supervision at the CSSF, the financial sector authority in Luxembourg.
She worked for 14 years in audit and consulting firms, mainly on IT audits, IT risk management assignments and BCP projects.
In 2011, she joined the CSSF to integrate and develop the team in charge of regulated entities’ ICT risk supervision on 3 main axes: off-site ICT risk supervision, ICT on-site inspections and ICT policy work. She worked on topics such as ICT governance, outsourcing, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digitalisation and on the evolution of the European and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks on these topics.
