Dominique Kogue is a seasoned Information Security and Data Privacy professional with over a decade of experience. Initially trained as a Telecom engineer, Dominique’s insatiable curiosity for uncovering vulnerabilities and system failures eventually steered him toward the field of information security.
To bolster his expertise, he pursued a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Luxembourg. Dominique has since advised and supported both SMEs and multinational corporations to achieve compliance with stringent international and industry-specific information security standards and obligations.
At the National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3), Dominique is leading the competence and Capacity Building team, which is dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity capabilities, aiming to support the economy by addressing market gaps and encouraging the development of new, cost-effective security solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs and Municipalities.
