Jean DE CHILLOU

Jean is an information security specialist, thanks to 10 years of work experience in this field. He is an engineer, specialised in Automated Systems and Computer Science, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Jean has been working at the CSSF since 2015, as an IT supervisor and regulator. He is mainly involved in the areas of cloud computing and cyber security.

He is one of the authors of the circular CSSF 17/654 and its amended version, related to the outsourcing to cloud computing infrastructures, and one of the contributors of the European Banking Authority Guidelines on ICT and security risk management (EBA/GL/2019/04), transposed in Circular CSSF 20/750.
