Karl A. Johannesson has more than 25 years of international experience as Management Consultant, Investment Executive and CXO adviser to leading multi-national ICT corporations, finance institutions, European Commission, growth businesses as well as start-ups. He specializes in investments, science & innovation, development and execution of business projects for high-tech and fin-tech sectors of the economy. He has managed large teams of ICT and finance professionals while successfully concluding on investment projects and M&A transactions (millions/billions of Euro) across the whole of Europe, US, Russia and Central Asia.

Mr. Johannesson speaks French, German, English, Swedish, Luxembourgish and Russian. Based in Luxembourg he is advising international ICT clients and ICT & fintech start-ups in Luxembourg. Since September 2015 he acts as innovation and commercialization advisor to Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SNT) at the Luxembourg University, with the objective to develop partnerships with industry.
