Raoul Mulheims founded Nvision in 1999. Nvision is Luxembourg’s leading pure player web agency.

He developped mobile payment activity in 2006 with Mpulse, the leading SMS payment and routing provider.

He started “Digicash – next generation mobile payment” as a R&D project in 2010. He established on 2012, with Luxembourg’s retail banks, this bank-centric mobile payment solution. This international mobile payment technology provider business started in 2014.
